Ivan Rodriguez, an instructor at the 7th Army Training Command's Noncommissioned Officer Academy, competes in a marksmanship qualification event as part of the 7th Army Training Command's Best Warrior Competition, June 20-23.The competition tests candidate's skills and knowledge throughout multiple events to include physical training, marksmanship, policies and more.
