Sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen stand at ease during a change of command ceremony. Cmdr. Walter C. Wrye IV relieved Cmdr. H.B. Le as commanding officer of Lassen. Lassen is assigned to Destroyer Squadron 15 and is forward-deployed to Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Japan.
