Cmdr. H.B. Le, center, bows his head during the reading of the invocation at the change of command ceremony of the guided-missile destroyer USS Lassen. Cmdr. Walter C. Wrye IV relieved Le as commanding officer of Lassen. Lassen is assigned to Destroyer Squadron 15 and is foward-deployed to Commander Fleet Activities, Yokosuka, Japan.
