McCool, 19, from Sharpsburg, Ga., used several methods to get his squad over the beam, from physically lifting them to allowing them to stand on his back as a ladder. Golf Company graduated June 9, 2017. Today, approximately 19,000 recruits come to Parris Island annually for the chance to become United States Marines by enduring 12 weeks of rigorous, transformative training.
