    Lt. Col. Stephen Murphy, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District commander, presents Debbie Ellis, wife of former U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kentucky Lock resident engineer George A. (Tony) Ellis with a posthumous Superior Civilian Service Award. The US Highway 62 Bridge across the Tennessee River below Kentucky Dam was re-named in memory and in honor of May 30, 2017.
