170525-N-RE886-002 NEW YORK (May 25, 2017) - Interior Communications Electrician, Petty Officer 3rd Class, Matthew Devillier, a native of Beaumont, Texas from the USS Kearsarge (LHD 3) in Norfolk, Virginia, swings on the rotating monkey bars during a very wet and rainy morning at the Fox & Friends Morning Show in New York City as part of Fleet Week New York (FWNY). Devillier completed the obstacle course along with other sea service members. FWNY, now in is 29th year, is the city’s time honored celebration of the sea services. It is an unparalleled opportunity for the citizens of New York and the surrounding tri-state area to meet Sailors, Marines and Coast Guardsmen, as well as witness firsthand the latest capabilities of today’s maritime services.
