Col. Harvey Cutchin assumed command of the 244th Expeditionary Combat Aviation Brigade in a ceremony at its headquarters located on Joint Base McGuire Dix Lakehurst, Sunday. In his last official act as outgoing command, Col. William Clark, passed the brigade colors to Cutchin and relinquished command in a ceremony officiated by Brig. Gen.
