Newly-certified Iraqi police explosive-detection dog handlers and their canines march during an Iraqi Police Canine Program ceremony at the Baghdad Police College Nov. 7. A total of 164 explosive-detection teams have been fielded to work entry control points throughout Iraq, including the 26 recent graduates.
