Vice Adm. Harry B. Harris Jr., commander of the U.S. 6th Fleet, is introduced by Mr. Ramon Socias, civil delegate of the Balearic Islands, during a media availability with the Spanish media as part of a visit to Palma de Mallorca to discuss ties between Spain and the United States. During his visit, Harris met with Vice President Alberto Moraques, participated in a media availability with members of the local press, conducted office calls with local military commanders, and attended a dinner hosted by the United States Navy League Palma de Mallorca, Spain Council.
