Sergeant Major of the Armed Forces, Sgt. Maj. Salem Bani Mustafa speaks with Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army (JAF) NCOs from JAF Special Operations Command after the first-ever JAF SMA change of responsibility ceremony on May 14, 2017, in Amman, Jordan.
