Arabian Gulf (Dec. 12, 2006) Shane Christiensen does a rolling cross over during the Harlem Globetrotters game against the New York Nationals aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69). The Globetrotters visited IKE as part of their 21-day tour of the Middle East in an effort to show their thanks to the men and women of the armed services for the sacrifices they make to defend freedom in the area. IKE and embarked Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 7 are on a regularly scheduled deployment in support of Maritime Security Operations.
