ADAZI, Latvia — Army Lt. Col. Jonathan S. Kluck, the new battalion commander of 1st Battalion, 68th Armor Regiment, 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado, receives the battalion guidon from Col. Christopher R. Norrie, commander of the 3rd ABCT, 4th Inf. Div., Fort Carson, Colorado, during the change of command ceremony in the theater at Adazi Military Base, Latvia, May 4, 2017. The symbolic act is entrusting the care of the unit into the incoming commander's hands. The unit is deployed into Europe for Operation Atlantic Resolve, a U.S. -led endeavor to fulfill the U.S. commitment to NATO by rotating throughout Europe and training alongside NATO Allies and partners.
