A military helicopter, appearing to be a Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk or similar variant, is hovering low over a body of water while conducting a water-dipping or bucket-fill operation, likely for firefighting purposes. The rotor wash is creating a visible mist spray across the water surface. The scene is framed by trees in the foreground with rolling hills and what appears to be a recreational area visible in the background.
