A tiltrotor aircraft, identifiable as a V-22 Osprey, is conducting a water/retardant drop operation over a green hillside near a body of water. The aircraft is carrying a suspended bambi bucket or similar firefighting container, releasing a large plume of white liquid onto what appears to be a small fire or target area on the hill. This appears to be either a firefighting operation or a training exercise.
