JOINT BASE ELMENDORF-RICHARDSON, Alaska -- Senior Airman Deshawn Jemison, a weapons load crewmember with the 67th Aircraft Maintenance Unit arms a practice air-to-air missile on a 67th Fighter Squadron F-15C Eagle during Exercise Northern Edge 17(NE17) here May 4. The missile has a seeker head that confirms locking on to a target, but no propellant or warhead, it's incapable of firing or detonating. NE17 is a joint training exercise involving more than 6,000 service members across all service branches.
