SAN DIEGO (April 21, 2017) Electronics Technician 3rd Class Elijah Abdullah and Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Upton Fisher, assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), participate in a 4x400-meter relay at the Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) Admiral Prout field. The race was part of the 3rd annual NBSD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Cup.
