SAN DIEGO (April 21, 2017) Culinary Specialist 3rd Class Upton Fisher, assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), crosses the finish line during a 4x100-meter relay at Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) Admiral Prout field. The race was part of the 3rd annual NBSD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Cup.
