170404-N-RP435-023 NATIONAL HARBOR, Md., (April 4, 2017) Mr. Paul Baggerly, lead engineer and trainer for the Navy’s Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP), provides a demonstration of the ICOP system for Program Executive Officer Rear Adm. Carl Chebi, Program Executive Office Command, Control, Communications, Computers and intelligence (PEO C4I) and PEO Space Systems at Navy League’s Sea-Air-Space Symposium. ICOP provides a consolidated picture of intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance sources, improving battlespace awareness for expeditionary forces. PEO C4I, PEO Space and partner program offices provided demonstrations including ICOP, a program managed by the Navy’s Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations Program Office.
