Air Assault candidates, led by U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Renato Defreitas, instructor, Basic Leaders Course, march toward a rally point after successfully completing their rappel from a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter April 13, 2017, at Camp Buehring, Kuwait. The Air Assault Course allows U.S. military personnel in the U.S. Army Central area of operations the unique opportunity to become air assault qualified, while deployed outside the continental United States.
