(April 16, 2017) A forklift transports pallets to place them onto a U.S. Air Force C17, from the 62nd Airlift Wing, for transport to Timor-Leste on the flight line at Naval Base Ventura County. The pallets are loaded with construction equipment and supplies for Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 3’s Construction Civic Action Detail in Timor-Leste.
