JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (April 13, 2017) – Hospitalman Esmeralda Diaz, of Naval Branch Health Clinic Jacksonville, conducts a periodic health assessment (PHA) with a sailor. NH Jacksonville was a winner at Navy Medicine East’s third annual Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) virtual fair, on March 22.
