This is a view to the surface from a culvert where water is pumped into and out of Watts Bar Lock during a tour of the facility in Decatur, Tenn., Oct. 20, 2010. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers recently drained the lock and maintenance crews are inspecting and making necessary repairs.
