The Equal Opportunity Leadership Course, led by Mr. Calvin Colin, equal opportunity program manager for Army Reserve Medical Command, was held at ARMEDCOM’s headquarters in Pinellas Park, Florida on Apr. 2-8. Completion of this course enables Soldiers to assist commanders in identifying and addressing equal opportunity detractors while promoting a positive, healthy command climate, free from hostility and free from discrimination. Class 013 graduated approximately 50 students on 8 Apr. inclusive of both Army and Navy personnel.
