Students attending the Equal Opportunity Leadership Course, held at Army Reserve Medical Command’s headquarters in Pinellas Park, Florida on Apr. 2-8, participated in a practical exercise called 'The Snake' where the last individual in the line up communicates through body language to help their team member at the front locate snakes on the ground and deposit them in a square. Practical exercises like this one help build confidence and create trust between service members. Class 013 graduated approximately 50 students on 8 Apr. inclusive of both Army and Navy personnel.
