Cole, the noncommissioned officer in charge of operations for the U.S. Army Great Lakes Recruiting Battalion, Lansing, Mich., uses humor to actively engage the attendees of the semi-annual Reserve Recruiting Partnership Council March 25, 2017, in the George B. Dolliver U.S. Army Reserve Center in Fort Custer Training Center, Mich. The R2PC meetings take place throughout various areas of responsibilities of each recruiting battalion assigned to the U.S Army Recruiting Command.
