    A first responder from the Mexican state of Michoacán’s Civil Protection takes inventory of his new equipment donated by U.S. Northern Command in Puerto Vallarta on March 20, 2017. This is part of USNORTHCOM's partnership with Mexico to train and equip Mexican first responders as USNORTHCOM donated $270,000 of water search and rescue gear.
