U.S. Air Force 1st Lt. Samantha Allshouse a vehicle maintenance flight officer with the 55th Logistics Readiness Squadron, Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, inspects a fire extinguisher serviceability tag during the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise-17, March 24, 2017, at Fort Bliss, Texas. Allshouse conducted the simulated Quality Assurance Inspection at a maintenance facility following allegations of a Combat Trafficking in Persons violation during the exercise. The exercise provides a world-class level of instruction incorporating the most recent OCS doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures.
