Members of Senior Contracting Official Cell reviews their on-camera interview training during the Operational Contract Support Joint Exercise 2017 at Fort Bliss, Texas, March 19, 2017. The training provided a real-world media inquiry experience for the OCSJX participants. The exercise provides a world-class level of instruction incorporating the most recent OCS doctrine, tactics, techniques and procedures.
