Andrew Young, U.S. Ambassador to Burkina Faso, gave a speech thanking U.S. Special Operation Forces and Burkina Faso soldiers for participating in Flintlock 2017 during a closing ceremony March 16, 2017 at Camp Zagre, Burkina Faso.
