STENNIS SPACE CENTER, Miss. -- Bg. Gen. Donald C. Bolduc, commanding general of U.S. Special Operations Command Africa, has the honor of re-enlisting an instructor from the Naval Small Craft Instruction and Technical Training School during a recent visit of NAVSCIATTS facilities on the John C. Stennis Space Center in Mississippi.
Bolduc served as the keynote speaker at the recent graduation of NAVSCIATTS' Strategic Leaders International Course. SLIC is NAVSCIATTS' flagship course designed to advance and further develop the strategic thinking and planning skills of international military leaders and civilian equivalent Partner Nation personnel from government and law enforcement agencies. Six Partner Nation forces from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Kenya, Jordan, São Tomé and Príncipe and Oman graduated from the 17th iteration of SLIC.
