U.S. Marines with Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron 161 (Reinforced) conduct their pre-checks before beginning to load an AH-1Z Cobra attack helicopter with ordnance in preparation for Realistic Urban Training (RUT) Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Center Twentynine Palms, Calif., March 6, 2017. RUT is a land-based exercise that provides an opportunity to integrate unique skills and develop the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s collective proficiency in challenging and unfamiliar environments.
