Gen. John Abizaid, commanding general of Central Command, and Gen. George Casey, commanding general, Multinational Force-Iraq, bring the Iraqi color-bearer out of the coalition formation and escort him to the front of the formation. The formation was part of a change of command ceremony in which Casey assumed command of MNF-I on July 1, 2004, at Camp Victory, Iraq.
