Approximately 27 soldiers receive the Army Commendation Medal at a ceremony Friday at Camp Beauregard in Pineville. They were part of 70 Louisiana National Guardsmen who were awarded with ribbons and medals for recently returning from a six-month mission to Haiti as part of New Horizons.
