    Bronze statue of a Tuskegee Airmen on display in the Charles B. Hall Memorial Air Park on Feb. 16, 2017, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. The park is named after Hall, a Tuskegee Airman and first African-American to to shoot down an enemy plane. Hall later served at Tinker for many years as a civilian employee.
