Navy underwater construction team members demonstrate the capabilities of a Multifunctional Assessment Reconnaissance Vehicle (MARV) to capture detailed engineering survey data. Army and Navy divers assigned to engineer units partnered for a technology demonstration at Pearl Harbor Victor Pier 3, March 3, 2017. The MARV is a remote operated vehicle equipped with sensors and cameras, used for collecting data to identify damaged areas beneath the pier.
