Guardsmen of the Arizona Air National Guard’s 161st Air Refueling Wing volunteered as judges and support staff for the 18th Annual West-Mitchell drill meet at Goldwater Air National Guard Base, Feb. 18. More than 400 Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps cadets represented 20 high schools at this year’s competition.
