A Peshmerga soldier uses a hook-wire-pulley system to open a door that could possibly be rigged to explode upon opening. The day's training was conducted at Black Tiger training area on Feb. 13, 2017 by the German military as part of the Kurdistan Training Coordination Center. The KTCC is part of Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve building partner capacity as a global Coalition dedicated to the training, advising and assistance of Kurdish forces to defeat ISIS in Iraq.
