    FORT IRWIN, Calif. — A Soldier from Easy Troop, 2nd Squadron, 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment throws a simulated grenade at dismounted forces from Fort Hood’s 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division as they attempt to clear the city of Nabran in the National Training Center, Feb. 18, 2017. This phase of Rotation 17-04 tested the 2nd Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Cavalry Division out of Fort Hood, Texas, ability to conduct an urban warfare and seizing operation in a hostile environment.
