CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Sgt. 1st Class Ryan Stillman, a Bradley Fighting Vehicle System maintainer with the 401st Army Field Support Battalion- Kuwait and a Virginia Beach, Va., native, demonstrates how to operate the Bradley Fighting Vehicle to Ellen Germain, the Director of Arabian Peninsula Affairs for the United States Department of State, during her visit to Camp Arifjan, Feb. 5. Germain’s position serves in a critical position for the office of Near East Affairs bureau as the new presidential administration continues to transition.
