CAMP ARIFJAN, Kuwait – Sgt. 1st Class Wade Griffith, the supply operations non-commissioned officer in charge with the 401st Army Field Support Battalion- Kuwait and a Whittier, Calif., native, describes the capabilities and assets of the 401st AFSBN-Kuwait to Ellen Germain, the Director of Arabian Peninsula Affairs for the United States Department of State, during her visit to Camp Arifjan, Feb. 5. Germain’s position serves in a critical position for the office of Near East Affairs bureau as the new presidential administration continues to transition.
