Lt. Col. Dale Davis, a Hopkinsville, Ky., native, and officer in charge of the 3rd ESC’s G-2 section, helps put up the Deployable Rapid Assembly Shelter tent that would house the JOC during the unit’s TOCEX Aug. 23-26, at Fort Knox. The TOCEX allowed the 3rd ESC to practice quickly setting up operations in the field, if called upon for a short-notice deployment.
