The 733rd Civil Engineer Division installed a lighted pedestrian crosswalk at 26th Street and Madison Avenue, near a school bus stop at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Nov. 14, 2016. The 733rd CED coordinated with the Fort Eustis Residential Working Group to address pedestrian safety issues at this location. As pedestrians approach the street, motion sensors activate lights across the road to alert drivers to slow down and stop for pedestrians using the crosswalk. (U. S.
