US. Army soldiers Sgt. Devon Cloud and Sgt. First Class Joseph Wambach, members of the 1st Stryker Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division Tactical Electronic Warfare (EW) Team and founding members of the northern-most chapter of the "Association of Old Crows" and are accompanied by Civilian Contractor Don Behr. They are using an integrated system of sensors on a hilltop overlooking the Brigade Tactical Operations Center (TOC) to survey the electro-magnetic spectrum and identifying frequencies of intrest at the National Training Center, Ft. Irwin, CA., Jan. 15, 2017. The National Training Center conducts tough, realistic, Unified Land Operations with our United Action Partners to prepare Brigade Combat Teams and other units for combat while taking care of Soldiers, Civilians, and Family members.
