A U.S. Navy Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, hull number 100, is docked at a pier in what appears to be a Pacific Northwest port, likely Seattle or Bremerton based on the visible waterfront buildings and forested hillside. A harbor tugboat designated YT-802, named 'Valiant,' is positioned alongside the warship, likely assisting with maneuvering. A small red Coast Guard or harbor patrol boat is visible in the foreground water.
