NEW CASTLE AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, Del.- Members of the 166th Communications Flight review checklist items and test communications with exercise participants in the District of Columbia, on Sep. 14, 2016. A two day communication exercise took place with the goal of strengthening partnerships between the Delaware National Guard and the National Capital Region agencies.
