Trivelli, Deputy to the Commander and Foreign Policy Advisor, U.S. Southern Command, visits with Task Force Kout Men New Horizons-Haiti 2010 Seabees during a visit to the Diaqoui school engineering sites in Gonaives, Haiti, Aug 4. New Horizons, in partnership with the government of Haiti, is conducting various medical, dental and engineering missions for the locals in Gonaives. New Horizons also provides valuable learning experience in a real-world environment for our U.S. forces.
