Sailors and Marines man the rails aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan as it passes the memorials of and USS Arizona in Pearl Harbor as part of a scheduled port visit. Ronald Reagan is underway participating in Rim of the Pacific 2010, the world’s largest multinational maritime exercise.
