Maj. Lisa Belcastro, J7 Engineering Capacity Development operations and plans officer, listens to a presentation at the Sisterhood Against Sexual Assault Conference. In an effort to reduce sexual assault and help those affected, service members at Camp Victory formed a new group committed to not only battle the crime, but also to educate and help people find a voice for the issue.
