Sgt. Maj. Carleen Williams the Staff Judge Advocate sergeant major speaks at the Sisterhood Against Sexual Assault Conference. In an effort to reduce sexual assault and help those affected, service members at Camp Victory formed a new group committed to not only battle the crime, but also to educate and help people find a voice for the issue. The Sisterhood Against Sexual Assault held their first meeting at Al Faw Palace July 23 and welcomed a group of about 75 women and men committed to helping their fellow service members.
