Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. David L. Goldfein listens whileCadet Martin York, from Det. 365, Air Force ROTC, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, is introduced before presenting York the Cadet of the Year award, in a Pentagon ceremony, Dec. 12, 2016. The award is sponsored by the Royal Air Force in form of the "Millennium Sword of Friendship" to the Air Force since 2000, as a symbol of the enduring British-American partnership.
